I am Shaista Lalani, a passionate, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Access Bars Practitioner, Access Facelift Practitioner, Sound Healer and Numerologist. My journey began as an Early Childhood Teacher, working closely with children with Autism, Down syndrome, behavioral disorders, and foster home children in Canada. Through these experiences, I discovered the deep connection between emotional well-being and energy balance, which led me to explore the world of holistic healing. My mission is to bring Reiki into every home, empowering every mother to learn the art of healing for herself and her family. By teaching energy healing practices, I aim to create a world where families experience balance, peace, and emotional well-being. When mothers heal, they nurture not just themselves but also the next generation—building a foundation of love, strength, and harmony in every home." I am excited to share the knowledge of Reiki (Level 1-3), Chakras, and Numerology to empower others on their healing journeys. Through my workshops, group, and individual healing sessions with Reiki and Access bars (available both in person and remotely) I provide a space for personal transformation and growth. My goal is to educate and guide individuals, especially women , to help them embrace their healing power and live a life filled with peace, love, and purpose.
