STEP 1: GATHERING NOMINEES
Nominees are gained via online registration by uploading their detailed profile with achievements, success stories, client testimonies, feedback, previous awards received, etc.

STEP 4: CONTACTING AND ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS
Once winners have been determined each winner will be contacted directly and will be announced through our social media pages and website.

STEP 2: EVALUATING THE NOMINEES
Nominees will be evaluated based on the submitted materials as supporting
evidence.

STEP 5: AWARDING CEREMONY
The winners will be invited to the on-ground gala event which will be held in a Museum of The Future on 8th June 2024 in Dubai. On the final event, each winner will take the title of the best in that particular category. The winners will also walk away with the prestigious Being She trophy and certificate.

STEP 3: RESEARCH AND JUDGING
The team will assess the material supplied by the nominees. Final judgment will be from the panel of Jury based on various criteria including client dedication, innovation, business growth, longevity, online reputation, client feedback, and business performance and through the online voting results.
